Our vast experience with local conditions and circumstances enable us to offer you an efficient design and build process irrespective of the size and complexity of the project.
We work hand-in-hand with you to translate your vision into tangible architectural concepts. Concepts are mostly used to support business cases and funding applications in the process of property development.
We develop the designs further to produce technical drawings for submission to the local authority and to hand over to other built-environment professionals like structural engineers and quantity surveyors.
We create high definition 3D impressions and animations of proposed building using the latest presentation technologies
During the construction phase, we administer the contract to ensure that all parties are producing quality within the agreed timelines. These activities are performed in line with the 6 working stages of architecture stipulated by RIBA.
Overall we provide you with planning, design, costing, engineering, local authority approvals, quality assurance and project management of your building construction project.

We design to make dwellings well proportioned, with good natural daylight and privacy, and safe, friendly places to live, work and visit: observing and reinforcing street patterns and clearly defining open space for natural surveillance.
